ARNOB kids toys Return policy

We are happy to accept a return subject to the Return and Exchange Policy.  If  you want to return a  product you have purchased from ARNOB kids toys, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:-

1.     Item’s must be returned within (72 hours) of purchase, together with proof of purchase.

2.     Item’s must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.

3.     If the product delivered does not match the product mentioned on ARNOB kids toys. 

4.     The product is not in its original condition or does not include all the mentioned accessories or if it was not delivered in its new or good condition.

5.     Gift cards, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

6.     If you used cash on delivery for your delivered order, the differential amount after the pickup charges only will be issued.

7.     Items that you do not need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing.

8.     The delivery charge paid in your original order will not be refunded as well.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to ARNOB kids toys.
